The Aksaray University Nursing Department Chairmanship held the "2026-2027 Academic Year Class Representatives Evaluation Meeting" in line with quality assurance processes and internal stakeholder participation goals. The meeting was held with the participation of the Head of the Nursing Department, the Vice Head of the Department in Charge of Student Affairs, the quality commission student representative, and student representatives from all class levels.
In the gathering organized to ensure the active participation of students in administrative decision-making mechanisms, the Department Head gave the floor to each class representative respectively. Based on the data they collected from their classmates, the representatives had the opportunity to directly convey feedback to the department management regarding the functioning of educational activities, the physical conditions of classrooms and laboratories, the need for social and sports activities, and the general problems encountered by the students.
During the meeting, where all submitted requests and suggestions were meticulously listened to and recorded by the department management, the steps to be taken in line with the students' expectations were evaluated. As a result of this process evaluation, it was decided to integrate the obtained internal stakeholder data into the department's PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and to update the continuous improvement strategies accordingly.
