The Course Information Package and Competency Commission Held Its Final Evaluation Meeting

The Course Information Package Control and Competency Commission of the Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Sciences, held the "Meeting on the Monitoring and Final Evaluation of the Bologna Information Packages Update Process within the PDCA Cycle" on August 17, 2026. During the meeting, held with the participation of Commission Chair Prof. Dr. Arzu YÜKSEL and commission members, the activities carried out within the scope of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle—the foundation of the quality assurance system—were discussed in detail.

As part of the process, the final checks of the Bologna information package updates, which were made in accordance with the "Course Information Package Checklist" previously distributed to the faculty members, were completed. The feedback provided after the preliminary evaluation meeting held on August 13 was reviewed by the commission, and the courses with ongoing deficiencies and those that did not respond to the revision requests were identified and formally recorded.

In order to enhance and improve the quality of education, it was planned to organize an informational meeting for all faculty members to prevent any disruptions during the preparation and updating processes of the Bologna Information Packages for the 2026-2027 academic year. Accordingly, it was unanimously decided to make process monitoring a routine activity at the beginning of each academic semester.
